What agencies do you cover?

How often is the data refreshed?
FDA inspection data refreshes daily. EPA ECHO and OSHA establishment data refresh weekly. Facility risk scores recompute nightly so any new violation is reflected the next morning.
How is the facility risk score calculated?
The 0–100 score combines four sub-scores: violation frequency (3-year), severity weight (willful, repeat, failure-to-abate count more), recurrence (cross-agency repeat offender flag), and trend (improving vs. deteriorating). Higher tiers expose the sub-score breakdown.
Can I monitor specific facilities?
Yes — vendor watchlist monitoring is included on the Supply Chain plan. Upload your vendor list (or filter by NAICS + geography) and receive webhook alerts the moment a new inspection or violation is recorded.
