What happens after my 7-day free trial?
Your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial. Cancel anytime before day 7 and you will not be charged. After your first payment, refunds are not available beyond day 8 — see the policy below.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing charges you 10 months of the monthly rate up front for a 12-month term — effectively two months free. You can switch between monthly and annual from your dashboard.
Which agencies and geographies are included?
Every plan includes FDA, EPA, and OSHA. The Analyst plan covers 5 U.S. states; Investor and above cover all 50 states plus DC and territories where the agencies report.
Is API access included?
API access is available on Investor plans and above. You receive a dedicated API key with per-plan rate limits and full OpenAPI docs in your dashboard.
What is the vendor watchlist?
On the Supply Chain plan, you can upload a list of facilities (your vendors, portfolio, or M&A targets) and receive webhook alerts the moment any of them lands a new violation.
