Pricing Questions
What happens after my 7-day free trial?
Your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial. Cancel anytime before day 7 and you will not be charged. After your first payment, refunds are not available beyond day 8 — see the policy below.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing charges you 10 months of the monthly rate up front for a 12-month term — effectively two months free. You can switch between monthly and annual from your dashboard.
Which markets are covered?
Phase 4 launches with 12 Sunbelt metros: Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Atlanta, Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Nashville, Charlotte, and Raleigh. Operator-tier subscribers select 1 metro at signup. Investor and Lender tiers see all 12.
Is API access included?
API access is available on the Investor and Lender plans. The Operator plan is dashboard-only — operators typically run weekly comp checks rather than programmatic queries.
Can I add more metros to my Operator plan?
The Operator plan is single-metro by design. If you operate in multiple metros, the Investor plan ($999/mo) includes all 12 Sunbelt metros and is usually the right fit.
Do you offer enterprise or custom pricing?
Yes. Our Enterprise tier covers full data licensing, white-label deployment, custom integrations, and bulk API needs. Contact sales for negotiated pricing.
