What happens after my 7-day free trial?
Your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial period. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Can I change my county coverage after subscribing?
Yes. Operator and Broker plan subscribers can change their selected counties at any time from the dashboard. Lender and Investor plans include all 99 counties automatically.
Do annual plans get a discount?
Yes. Annual billing saves you the equivalent of 2 months compared to monthly billing on all plans.
What format is the data available in?
Dashboard access is included on all plans. API access (JSON responses) is available on Broker plans and above. CSV and JSON exports are available on all plans within your row limits.
Do you offer enterprise or multi-state plans?
Yes. Our Enterprise plan includes full data licensing, white-label options, and multi-state roadmap access. Contact our sales team for custom pricing.
Can I use the API to integrate with my existing tools?
